The Edenton Cotton Mill Historic District, consists of 57 mill houses (1899-1923), a
brick office building, an impressive industrial building (1900), and the First Christian
church (1916).  The former Edenton Cotton Mill office building is now the site of the
Northeast Regional Office of Preservation North Carolina.  Open year round, 9 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday (office only).

A facility operated by the United States Fish and Wildlife Service, US Department
of the Interior.  Edenton Hatchery is one of over 80 federal hatcheries located
throughout the country dedicated to the preservation of America's fishing tradition.
The Hatchery is featured on the Charles Kuralt Trail.  Open year round, 7 am - 3 pm
Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm (no staffing on weekends).  Admission:  Free

Live Musical Theatre at Rocky Hock Playhouse.  Open year round, matinee and evening performances featuring  Easter, Summer, Fall and Christmas musicals that will warm your hearts and have you singing along.  Performances take place on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday with a 10:30 am, 2:00 pm and 5:15 pm schedule making it a nice way to enjoy a lunch or dinner before or after in one of our fine restaurants and still arrive  home early.

and a short presentation on the history of Edenton.  Handicapped facilities and accessibility at Visitor Center.  Open year round, April - October 9 am - 5 pm, Monday - Saturday, 1 - 4 pm on Sunday.  November - March 10 am - 4 pm, 
Monday - Saturday, 1 - 4 pm on Sunday.  Admission:  Free to Visitor Center.  Walking tour admission:  $10 per adult, $3.50 per student, free for preschool children, $20 per family.  Trolley Tours:  Tuesday - Saturday:  $10 per adult,
Students $2.
