31st Annual Christmas Candlelight Tour
The Holiday Season comes alive with an array of private homes beautifully decorated within the Historic District and interwoven with activities that will delight throughout the weekend.
You will want to make sure and take in all that is being offered from caroling in the 1767 Chowan County Courthouse, wassail sipped at the 1758 Cupola House, tables heavily ladened with treats at the 1800/1827 Iredell House, an eggnog to beat all others enjoyed at the Barker House, Tour Headquarters, to delicious confections tasted at the Chowan Arts Council closing out each perfect day.
A Christmas parade, holiday shopping, dining and fine accommodations await each and every one of you, creating a weekend that you will always remember.

The Edenton Cotton Mill Museum of History
Donated to Preservation North Carolina in 1995, this intact mill complex has been preserved and is now a thriving residential neighborhood. On the National Register of Historic Places. The new Edenton Cotton Mill Museum of History will share wonderful information of what life was like and is today. Enjoy this rich experience.
