Annual Wassail Bowl at the Cupola House

The Cupola House is decorated with period decorations for the season. Wassail is will be served with cookies and renaissance Music both days of the tour. This event is part of the 36th annual Christmas Candlelight Tour.

Come and enjoy the floats, boats, horses and holiday cheer! This year's theme will be "Christmas by the Sound".

Join Santa after the Parade at Salty Kisses Kids Boutique to let him know what you would like for this year's special gift and holiday activities.

36th Annual Christmas Candlelight Tour

Enjoy Christmas Celebrations with natural decorations in beautiful private homes. Many weekend activities accompany the tour making the weekend visit a holiday wonder.

This tour is sponsored by the Edenton Historical Commission with tour headquarters at the Penelope Barker House Welcome Center.

Historic James Iredell House's Annual Holiday Groaning Board

Join us for a special holiday tradition at the annual "groaning board" Christmas Tour at the James Iredell House, home to colonial leader and George Washington-appointee to the United States Supreme Court. It is a display of Southern Hospitality at its finest with the table so full that the boards groan! The afternoon will include festive decorations, music, and holiday refreshments.

A Christmas Carol 2017 An Edenton Family Tradition

You'll delight in Charles Dickens' classic story of a wretched, old geezer named Ebenezer Scrooge, who values money more than anything else! Watch as he's visited by his old partner Marley and the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future.

There's singing, dancing and lots of merriment as Scrooge finds his way towards a happier life...just in time for Christmas!.
