Historic Edenton State Historic Site

Visitors Center, Edenton, North Carolina

Restored historic 18th and 19th century homes and buildings. A short presentation on the history of Edenton, handicap accessible, exhibits, guided walking tours, maps and gift shop.

Open year round, 9 am - 5 pm, Tuesday-Saturday. Admission for tours: Free to Historic Edenton State Historic Site Visitor Center.

The guided walking tours include interior tours of the Iredell House, St. Paul's and Cupola House.

The 1767 Chowan County Courthouse is open Tuesday - Saturday from 10 am - 3:30 pm.

If guide available, they will be happy to give a two building or single building tour upon request.

Patriots Tour (includes: Iredell House, St. Paul's, Courthouse) 10 am and 2 pm

National Landmarks Tour (includes: Cupola House and Courthouse) 11 am and 3 pm

Harriet Jacobs Walking Tours and Iredell House Only Tours upon request
