Broad Street
Edenton Post Office

100 North Broad Street

The Colonial Revival style Edenton Post Office was built in 1931.  It was designed by James Wetmore.

In the past the Post Office had occupied such buildings as the Bay View Hotel (eventually the Hotel Hinton) in 1893, by 1910 it had moved to the L.F. Zeigler Building and by 1920 to the Bank of Edenton, where it remained until 1931 when the current location was completed.
