The Shepard-Warren House, circa 1920

     This American Foursquare style house was built in 1920 for Thomas Shepard, by Frank Fred Muth.  After Shepard's death in 1927, his wife sold the house to David Warren, Sr.  The Warren's stayed here until their deaths, and the house remained in the family until 1986.
