You use the map to determine your starting point for the tour. You can click on any intersection on the map to go to that intersection. You can return to the map at any time by clicking the Map button at the top of any screen.

Troubleshooting

I click on a house picture to enlarge it, and nothing seems to happen.

On some systems, the window that contains the photograph actually appears underneath the tour window. In that case, you'll need to use the Windows taskbar at the bottom of your screen to switch to the photo enlargement window.

When I close a photo enlargement, the entire tour closes.

Make sure that your web browser is Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher, or Netscape Navigator 4.0 or higher. Older browsers will not display the tour windows properly.

The photos are grainy and poor quality, or the colors are weird and psychadelic.

Make sure your video display is set to display more than 256 colors. Typically, you'll want to set your display to High Color or True Color. To change your display settings, right click your Windows desktop and select Properties from the floating menu. Then select the settings tab.

I cannot see the entire tour screen.

Make sure your video display resolution is set to at least 800x600.  To change your display settings, right click your Windows desktop and select Properties from the floating menu. Then select the settings tab.

The text is too small to read.

If your screen is set for very high resolution, some of the text and photos may be too small. The tour is optimized for viewing at  800x600.  To change your display settings, right click your Windows desktop and select Properties from the floating menu. Then select the settings tab.
