306 Moseley Street

This Bungalow style house was built in 1926 by Frank Otto Muth.  Frank Otto Muth was the son of popular Edenton builder, Frank Fred Muth.  Frank Otto and Edith Muth resided on Moseley Street until Edith's death.  After which, Muth sold the house in 1947 to Kermit Layton, Sr., the founder of Edenton Office Supply.  Muth then moved to 214 West Eden Street.
