 104 Moseley Street
This wood shingled residence was built as a
rental house for Eugene Warren during the roaring twenties. Its
neighbor, 102, has an identical floor plan to this house, and its other
neighbor, 100, is the same style, but slightly smaller. Warren, who
never married, resided at 206 West Eden Street. After his death, the
rental properties were inherited by David Warren, his nephew.
